How do you choose beakers for a school or TVET laboratory?

Only the glass beakers are heating vessels. The Euro Design beakers and the Euro Design Measuring Jugs are moulded polypropylene. Polypropylene must never be placed on a burner, hotplate or in an oven. The Measuring Jugs are stated to be autoclavable, which is steam sterilisation — not the same thing as being heat-resistant on a bench.

How accurate are beaker graduations?

How do beaker handling accessories reduce replacement cost?

Beakers are usually lost to thermal shock, to being dropped while hot, and to cleaning damage — not to normal use. The two accessories in this range address the second and third.
